Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Debbie Bledsoe Enterprises, LLC ("DBE," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit debbiebledsoeenterprises.com (the "Site"), request a free guide, book a call, buy a coaching program, or hire us for consulting or a custom build.
What this policy does not cover. FinishIQ Pro, our AI estimating platform at app.finishiqpro.com, has its own Privacy Policy, which applies to that platform. Websites, apps, and systems we build for clients are governed by our clients' own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Section 5 explains these tools, including how to use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link to opt out.
1. Information We Collect

| Purchase information | Program purchased, price, billing name and address, payment status | You, through our checkout. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers. |
| Scheduling information | Booking times, time zone, answers to booking questions | You, through our scheduling tool |
| Session content | What you share about your business in coaching or consulting sessions and emails; session recordings and notes | You, during sessions and in correspondence |

| Device and usage data | IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring site, and similar data | Automatically, through our website host and the cookies and analytics described in Section 5 |
Sensitive information. We do not ask for, and ask you not to share, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, health records, or similar sensitive information. If your business handles patient, student, or other regulated records, please do not send us identifiable records.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Deliver what you asked for: send the free guide, schedule calls, deliver coaching sessions, recordings, and notes, and perform consulting and build projects.
- Process payments, keep transaction records, and respond to payment disputes.
- Send emails you signed up for, including tips, resources, and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- Answer your questions and provide support.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights.
3. Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security terms, and only as needed for the purposes above:
| Purpose | Provider |
|---|---|
| Website hosting | SiteGround (WordPress site) |
| Checkout, payments, and digital product delivery | ThriveCart and Stripe |
| Scheduling | Calendly |
| Video sessions and recordings | Zoom |
| Email delivery and newsletters | AWeber |
| Business email | SiteGround |
| AI tools used in our work | AI providers configured so that submitted data is not used to train their models |
| Website analytics | Google Analytics |
| Advertising and ad measurement | Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel |
We may also disclose information (a) when required by law, subpoena, or court order; (b) to protect the rights, safety, or property of DBE, our clients, or others; or (c) to a successor if DBE is reorganized, renamed, merged, or sold, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
4. Emails and How to Opt Out
When you request the free guide, we ask you to confirm your email address. After that, we may send you the guide, related tips, resources, and offers from DBE. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing info@debbiebledsoeenterprises.com. We will process your request promptly. If you unsubscribe, we may still send you transactional emails, such as purchase receipts, booking confirmations, and session follow-ups.
5. Cookies and Do Not Track
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
| Type | What it does | Provider |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Keeps the Site and checkout working and secure | SiteGround, ThriveCart |
| Analytics | Counts visits and shows which pages and traffic sources are used, so we can improve the Site | Google Analytics |
| Advertising | Measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits, sign-ups, or purchases, and lets us show ads to people who have visited the Site | Meta Pixel |
These providers collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and actions taken on the Site, and may combine it with information they already have under their own privacy policies. We do not send Meta or Google the contents of your coaching sessions, client projects, or the answers you give in booking forms.
How to opt out:
- Google Analytics: install Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta ads: change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings under Ad Preferences.
- All cookies: block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without essential cookies.
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load when you visit the Site unless you opt out. You can opt out at any time by clicking Deny on the cookie banner, by using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, or by sending a privacy signal from your browser. The Site honors both "Do Not Track" and the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends either one, our cookie tool treats it as an opt-out and does not load Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time, and we will not treat you differently if you do.
To opt out, use any of these:
- Click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer of any page of the Site and turn off advertising cookies.
- Turn on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or a browser extension. We treat a GPC signal as an opt-out for that browser.
- Email info@debbiebledsoeenterprises.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share," or call 909-670-2920.
When you opt out, we stop loading the Meta Pixel (and, if you click Deny on the cookie banner or send a privacy signal, Google Analytics) in your browser and will not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Opt-outs made through the footer link or GPC are saved in your browser, so you may need to opt out again if you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device. An email or phone request applies to your email address and the information tied to it. We will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to opt back in.
6. Coaching Sessions and Client Projects
Sessions. Coaching sessions are recorded with your consent so you can review them, as described in our Coaching Terms of Purchase. You may ask at the start of a session that it not be recorded. We keep what you share in sessions confidential and do not use it in marketing without your written permission.
Client projects. When you hire us for a custom build or consulting project, we handle your business data only to perform the work, as set out in our Client Services Agreement. We return or delete project data within thirty (30) days after the project ends.
Testimonials. We publish a testimonial, or your name, photo, or business name, only with your written approval. We do not use AI to alter testimonials or to generate your voice or likeness.
7. How Long We Keep Information
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Email list contacts | Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them |
| Session recordings | 90 days after your program ends |
| Session notes and booking records | 3 years after your last purchase, for support and dispute records |
| Purchase and payment records | 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes |
| Client project data | Returned or deleted within 30 days after the project ends |
| Website server logs | 45 days |
Copies in routine backups are deleted on the backup provider's normal schedule.
8. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable safeguards, including secure checkout through our payment processor, encrypted connections on the Site, strong passwords with two-factor authentication on business accounts, and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Your Choices and California Privacy Rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and how we use it.
- Give you a copy of your personal information.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law or for an open dispute.
- Stop sending you marketing emails.
- Stop selling or sharing your personal information for advertising (see "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in Section 5).
To make a request, email info@debbiebledsoeenterprises.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call 909-670-2920. We will confirm your request within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
California residents. Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light"), you may ask whether we shared your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not share personal information for that purpose.
10. Children
The Site and our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant we will notify our email list.
